• Life Planning

    A 10 module program based on building and engaging in a formal Life Plan. A Life Plan is defined as a personalized, living, and ever evolving plan that helps guide our thoughts, behaviors and actions toward our purpose. Life planning is about the combination of our relationships, finances, daily work, physical health, and community contribution. Most importantly it is about understanding how all these elements interact to help us live with purpose and accomplish our dreams. At the conclusion of the course, each participant will walk away with a complete written Life Plan.

  • "Mini" Life Plan

    A 2-hour workshop that presents the concepts, tools and template for building a Life Plan. A Life Plan is defined as a personalized, living, and ever evolving plan that helps guide our thoughts, behaviors and action toward our purpose. In this interactive and thought provoking workshop, participants will understand the importance and process of building a Life Plan and one that is based on living a life centered on our purpose. The objective of this workshop is help increase both awareness and engagement in a person’s overall wellbeing.

  • Understand and Valuing Personality Differences

    A 4-hour workshop exploring individual personalities through use of the Myers Briggs Personality Instrument. This workshop brings personal awareness and appreciation for differences in personalities and how to better utilize this information to improve relationships, interactions and decision making in your everyday life.

  • Selecting the Best

    A 4-hour workshop outlining a nontraditional approach to talent acquisition that prioritizes selection based on 1: Cultural Fit, 2: Natural Talents, and 3: Skills. Selection based on these principles leads to greater intrinsic motivation (engagement) for your people and an overall stronger talent pool within your organization.

  • Culture Matters

    A 4-hour workshop on understanding the business case of building a great place to work and its direct correlation to business outcomes. In this workshop we explore the key ingredients of building an intentional culture vs allowing culture to develop on its own.

  • Leading through Serving

    A 12- week program designed to teach and apply Servant Leadership Principles for leaders who have the privilege of leading. The class applies Leadership Principles as identified in James Hunter’s book “The World’s Most Powerful Leadership Principle”. Optional add-ons include the use of a 360 assessment, on-the-job application and mentoring/mentee relationships.

  • Interaction Styles in Action

    A 2-hour workshop that provides insight into human behavioral styles using action and emotion continuums. Participants will gain insight into their own Interaction Styles® and use this information to guide and flex their style with others. They will also learn the strength of their Interpersonal Acumen and the importance of this in their ability to adapt and also influence and accomplish things through others. Participants will complete their own individual Interaction Styles Profile ® prior to the workshop.

  • Extended DISC

    Deepen your understanding of yourself and others through the use of the Extended DISC® personal assessment. This tool is used by more than 1 million people every year to help improve teamwork, communication, and productivity in the workplace. This workshop will provide a common language people can use to better understand themselves and those they interact with and use this knowledge to reduce conflict and improve working relationships.

  • Status Quo to Status Grow (Change Management)

    A 3-4 hour workshop customized around the change that an organization is experiencing. Participants will gain insight into culture in a broad sense but also understand and evaluate their own culture – what is strong and should continue, unhealthy aspects that should be “packed up and shipped out”, and new aspects that perhaps don’t currently exist in the culture, but would be additive. The workshop also includes several group exercises that help promote awareness and understanding of one’s own view of embracing or avoiding change.

  • Resilience

    The last two years of pandemic life has put a strain on our professional and personal lives. Our resilience battery has been tapped into and can be running on empty. This workshop explores how we recharge our resilience by addressing the issues that sap our energy including – saboteurs that steal our best versions, dealing with cognitive distortions and the need to reframe our thinking.

  • Conflict Dynamics

    Conflict is inevitable, however, how we respond and deal with conflict is within our control – including the choice of constructive versus destructive responses. Using the Conflicts Dynamic Profile (CDP) participants will learn about their individual constructive response profile (natural choices for constructive or destructive responses) as well as “Hot Buttons”. Through this understanding, participants will learn to recognize their own tendencies and develop behaviors that lead to more positive outcomes.
